Ingredients

  • 1  1/2 cups Sweet Rice (glutinous rice)白糯米
  • 1 cup Black Glutinous Rice 黑糯米或紫米
  • 2 cup seaweed (shredded) 海苔細絲
  • 1/4 cup sweet rice (glutinous) flour 糯米粉
  • 1/4 cup sweet potato flour 地瓜粉
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 麵粉
  • 1 1/2 cup water 水
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 橄欖油
  • 1 teaspoon salt 鹽
  • Sweet chili sauce 甜辣醬
  • Soy sauce paste 醬油膏
  • Peanut powder 花生粉
  • Cilantro 香菜

Directions

白糯米和黑糯米(紫米)泡水至少三~四小時。
Soak all rices in water for at least 3 ~ 4 hours.

在方形的容器裡放入泡好瀝乾的米,糯米粉,地瓜粉,麵粉,海苔(我用包壽司的海苔剪碎碎),橄欖油,鹽和水混合均勻。放入蒸鍋裡蒸四十分鐘。
Put all rices (drained), sweet rice flour, sweet potato flour, flour, shredded seaweed, olive oil, salt and water in a rectangular or square container. Steam for 40 minutes.

拿出稍涼後再切塊(太熱太黏不好切)。上面刷上點醬油膏,沾些花生粉,再加上甜辣醬和香菜就好了!
Cut into pieces when cool down a little (too sticky to cut while still hot).  Brush on soy sauce paste, dipped some peanut powder, and add sweet chili sauce and cilantro on top.

Note:
1. 黑糯米又叫作紫糯米或紫米。沒有白糯米那麼黏。黑糯米含豐富維他命和礦物質並有健脾暖肝、明目活血的功能。Black glutinous rice is also called purple glutinous rice or purple rice. Not as sticky as white glutinous rice. Black glutinous rice is rich in vitamins and minerals, and has many benefits for liver, spleen, eyesight and blood circulation.
2. 想要口感硬一點的可以用在來米粉代替地瓜粉。做好的米糕塊,先用一點油在鍋裡煎一煎外皮,還可以來做成三杯米糕哦!Use regular rice flour (non-sticky) instead of sweet potato flour for a little harder taste.
