  • 10 eggs 雞蛋 (depends how many people)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise 美奶滋
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard 狄戎芥末醬
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 蒜粉
  • Salt and pepper 鹽,胡椒
  • Paprika 匈牙利辣椒粉
  • Parsley 巴西里香芹粉


Put the eggs in a large pot and boil the eggs with water at medium heat. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 15 minutes. Put eggs in the cool water. Peel the eggs. Slice each egg in half (lengthwise).

Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Mash up the yolks and add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and a little bit salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Use spoon or piping bag to put the egg yolk mixture back into each egg white “cup”.

Sprinkle with paprika and parsley on top.

Note: 魔鬼蛋通常是作為冷盤。是節慶和派對中常常出現的開胃小菜。上面再加點壽司的那種小魚蛋,看起來更豪華呢!

Deviled eggs are usually served cold. They are served as an appetizer and are a common holiday or party food. Add tobiko (flying fish roe) for more luxury look.
